Our Comprehensive Packages:

Nutrition Check-in Program:  Initial 45-minute Assessment session, followed by tw0 30-minute follow-up sessions. Includes everything listed for a consultation, as well as the preparation of a one week meal plan.  ($175)

Nutrition Meal Planning and Grocery store visit Program:  Initial 45-minute session, followed by two 30-minute follow-up sessions, plus a 45-minute grocery store tour at your local store. ($250)

Twelve Week Weight Management Program: Includes 8 appointments scheduled over 12 weeks.  (Initial 45-minute Assessment, followed by one 30-minute appointment, plus six 15-minute follow-up appointments).  ($350)

  • The first session is a 45-minute assessment focused on your needs and goals, then you will work on a Nutrition Strategy in collaboration with MaryAnn. 
  • MaryAnn will prepare a Nutrition Package and Meal Plan, based on your assessment, to help you meet your weight loss and weight maintenance goals. Weight loss goals will be realistic for long-term health and vitality, as well as optimal energy. 
  • Your second appointment will be one week later.  MaryAnn will review your Nutrition Package and Meal Plan with you, and answer any questions about her recommendations. Your plan will include healthy meal plans, nutrient-packed snack food ideas, and an exercise plan to suit your abilities.
  • Your six 15-minute follow-up visits.  These visits will provide occasional check-in points through the twelve weeks to help you stay on top of your nutrition progress.  You can schedule the visits according to the plan that best suits your goals.  You may want to start with frequent visits (every 2-3 weeks), then drop to less frequent visits once you are more comfortable with your new health routine.  Your follow-up will include tips on incorporating healthy eating into your everyday life, reviewing your food diary, reading packaging labels, restaurant menu tips, cholesterol-lowering foods, and more to help you meet your goals.

Optimal Nutrition Program:  This program can be customized to your needs, and includes 9 visits over 8-12 months.  (One 45-minute appointment, followed by one 30-minute session, plus seven 15-minute appointments).  ($399)

  • The first session is a 45-minute assessment focused on your needs and goals, then you will work on a Nutrition Strategy in collaboration with MaryAnn. 
  • MaryAnn will prepare a Nutrition Package and Meal Plan, based on your assessment, to help you meet your goals..
  • Your second appointment will be one week later.  MaryAnn will review your Nutrition Package and Meal Plan with you, and answer any questions about her recommendations.

Athletes’ Training Program:  This program can be customized to your sport and your training schedule, and includes 9 visits over 8-12 months.  With a focus on optimizing your training program through nutrition, this program will teach you how to get more energy from the food you eat, and what to eat before and after your workouts to improve performance and recovery. (One 45-minute appointment, followed by one 30-minute session, plus seven 15-minute appointments).  ($399)

Preparing for Pregnancy Program:  This program can be customized to your needs, and includes 7 visits that can be used within a year.  (One 45-minute appointment, followed by one 30 minute session, plus five 15 minute appointments).  ($379)

  • The first session is a 45 minute assessment focused on your needs and goals, then you will work on a nutrition, vitamin and supplement strategy in collaboration with MaryAnn. 
  • MaryAnn will prepare a Nutrition Package and Meal Plan, based on your assessment, to help you prepare your body for pregnancy.
  • Your second appointment will be one week later.  MaryAnn will review your Nutrition Package and Meal Plan with you, and answer any questions about her recommendations.

Pregnancy Nutrition Program: This program is designed to help you stay on top of your specific nutritional needs throughout your pregnancy.  Optimal nutrition at this time in your life can set the stage for an easier post-partum recovery, as well as address any pregnancy discomfort you may experience. (Includes an initial 45-minute Assessment, followed by a 30-minute follow-up, and three additional 15-minute follow-up sessions) ($250)

  • The first session is a 45 minute assessment focused on your nutritional needs and goals for your pregnancy.  
  • MaryAnn will prepare a Nutrition Package and Meal Plan, based on your assessment, to help you meet your goals.
  • Your second appointment will be one week later.  MaryAnn will review your Nutrition Package and Meal Plan with you, and answer any questions about her recommendations.
  • Your three 15-minute follow-up visits.  These visits will provide occasional check-in points throughout the course of your pregnancy to help you stay on top of your nutrition plan.  You can schedule the visits according to best suit your lifestyle.

New Mom Get Fit/Stay Fit Program: This program has been designed to meet the nutritional needs of a new mom.  We recognize the particular strain that pregnancy, delivery, and caring for baby can put on your system, and address these through nutrition.  This program can be customized to your needs, and includes 9 visits over 8-12 months.  (One 45-minute appointment, followed by one 30-minute session, plus seven 15-minute appointments).  ($399)

  • The first session is a 45-minute assessment focused on your needs and goals. 
  • MaryAnn will prepare a Nutrition Package and Meal Plan, based on your assessment, to help you meet your new mom goals.
  • Your second appointment will be one week later.  MaryAnn will review your Nutrition Package and Meal Plan with you, and answer any questions about her recommendations.
  • Your seven 15-minute follow-up visits.  These visits will provide occasional check-in points through the year to help you stay on top of your nutrition progress.  You can schedule the visits according to the plan that best suits your goals.  You may want to start with frequent visits (every 2-3 weeks), then drop to less frequent visits once you are more comfortable with your new health and baby routine. 
  • If you are breastfeeding, this program will cover nutrition for breastfeeding moms.

Infant Food Introduction Program: This program is designed to guide you through the process of introducing solid foods to your baby.  It is intended for parents of infants of 6 months, or more.  If you would like to get a head-start on your babies’ food introduction schedule before 6 months, we create the program together, and delay the food introduction until baby is 6 months old.  If your baby is older than 6 months, or has already been introduced to some foods, that is fine, too. (Includes a 45-minute Assessment, a 30-minute follow-up, and two 15-minute follow-up consultations) ($250)

  • The first session is a 45-minute assessment focused on family history and health information about your baby.
  • MaryAnn will prepare a Nutrition Package and Infant Food Introduction Schedule, based on your assessment.
  • Your two 15-minute follow-up visits.  These visits will allow us to check-in on progress with the introduction schedule, and assess how your baby is responding to the foods.

*Please inquire if you require an Infant Food Schedule for an allergic infant, or if you have a family history of food allergies. 

*Alternative baby formula options are also available if breastfeeding or formula feeding are causing allergic reactions in your baby.

Additional programs to keep you on track:

Maintenance Program:  purchase a package of 4 additional 15-minute follow-up sessions if you think you would like to continue your maintenance program.  ($130)

Nutrition Assessment without a meal plan: If you are looking for a Nutrition analysis and some strategies and tips, but do not need a meal plan, this is the package for you. 2 sessions.  ($140)

  • The first session is a 45-minute assessment focused on your needs and goals, after which you will work on a Nutrition Strategy in collaboration with MaryAnn.  One 20-minute follow-up visit will help you to keep on track and answer any questions.  This visit should be scheduled within 6 months of the first appointment.

Single Visit: If all you are looking for is one visit with a nutritionist for yourself or a family member, you can choose a single visit.  This one hour appointment can provide you with a nutritional assessment and some recommendations to walk away with and implement in your routine.  ($120)
