Comprehensive Sports Program

Athletes’ Training Program:  This program can be customized to your sport and your training schedule, and includes 9 visits over 8-12 months.  With a focus on optimizing your training program through nutrition, this program will teach you how to get more energy from the food you eat, and what to eat before and after your workouts to improve performance and recovery. (One 45-minute appointment, followed by one 30-minute session, plus seven 15-minute appointments).  ($399)         

  • The first session is a 45-minute assessment focused on your needs and goals. 
  • MaryAnn will prepare a Nutrition Package and Meal Plan, based on your assessment, to help you meet your goals, and optimize your training program.
  • Your second appointment will be one week later.  MaryAnn will review your Nutrition Package and Meal Plan with you, and answer any questions about her recommendations.
  • Your seven 15-minute follow-up visits.  These visits will provide occasional check-in points through the year to help you stay on top of your nutrition progress.  You can schedule the visits according to the plan that best suits your goals.  You may want to start with frequent visits (every 2-3 weeks), then drop to less frequent visits once you are more comfortable with your new health routine.
